The rules of the road for using Eulada.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Eulada platform, website (eulada.com), and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Eulada ("we," "us," or "our"), a business operated by Nicolette Covey, located in Whitefish, Montana, USA.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Your data is yours. You retain full ownership of all review data, customer data, and content you or your customers submit through the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide and improve the Service, including processing it through our AI features.
You may export your review data at any time through the dashboard. We support standard export formats (CSV) so you are never locked in.
Upon account closure, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export or reactivation, after which it will be permanently deleted.
Eulada uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude API) for features such as spam detection, sentiment analysis, review summaries, and response suggestions. These AI features are assistive tools and:
You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before it is published on your store.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected at signup. Payment is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
We strive to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime or interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eulada and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eulada, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
By you: You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected].
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or if we discontinue the Service. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Flathead County, Montana.
